Tung-Sol KT66 Cathode Biased clean to mean

Only adjustments were on the guitar (volume, tone, pickups, coil tap, etc.). I was hoping it would be wrek-ish, and it's respectable. 12AX7 (RCA), 12AU7 LTPI (RCA), new tung-sol KT-66 tubes cathode biased.
Grid Stopper before and after

Halfway through this clip, the grid stopper goes from 10k to 480k.

The Silver Bird. Here is a clean sample per SG's request. Tapped single coils on the Parker Fly Deluxe through a 25W Greenback open back. Gain on '4', Treble on '6', Mids on '4', Bass on '2'. Played a little with the guitar volume / tone. The reverb was added after recording to make it sound cooler
